Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Consultant, you will oversee a variety of projects in support of the maintenance and repair program for assigned facilities. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate soft services for all business units, large departments, or work groups. Establish specifications, solicit bids, negotiate, and participate in contract development. Review and approve vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements. Secure necessary operating supplies such as janitorial and maintenance. Oversee various services such as maintenance, landscaping, snow/ice removal, and paving. Point of contact for emergency situations and issues that occur during and outside of normal business hours. Confirm company and client records are managed according to policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with
