Overview Join our parking enforcement team as a Boot Wrangler . In this field-based position, you will retrieve parking boots that have been released by customers, as well as boots removed from vehicles without authorization. All company boots are equipped with GPS trackers. This position covers a large service area throughout the Denver metro region, from Highlands Ranch to Longmont. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service during stressful situations.

Transportation:
A reliable personal vehicle is required. A daily gas per diem is provided. Duties Travel throughout the Denver metro area to retrieve released parking boots. Locate and recover boots that have been removed without authorization using company-provided GPS tracking information. Confirm that recovered equipment is secure and in proper working condition. Communicate professionally with customers, property staff, dispatchers, and parking enforcement personnel. Provide strong customer service while representing the company in the field. Remain calm and de-escalate confrontational or high-stress situations. Follow all company procedures when recovering and transporting parking enforcement equipment. Accurately document completed recoveries, payments, equipment status, and other required information. Collect and handle cash or electronic payments when required. Safely operate a personal vehicle throughout the assigned service area. Remain available during the scheduled shift, including during periods of limited activity or extended sitting. Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must maintain current automobile registration and insurance. Must pass a background check. Must have a reliable smartphone with GPS and communication capabilities. Strong customer service and communication skills are required. Must be able to remain professional and de-escalate stressful situations. Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently. Must be comfortable driving throughout a large service territory. Must be comfortable handling money and maintaining accurate records. Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods. Previous experience in parking enforcement, towing, security, collections, delivery services, or customer service is helpful but not required.
