About the Job Reviera Enterprises, Inc. has been a leading provider of water and wastewater field services since 1985. We are hiring reliable, mechanically minded individuals to join our Meter Services team for water meter installation, replacement, and AMI/AMR upgrade projects in the Washington, DC area and other assigned service locations. This position requires travel to project sites. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, and per diem is available for eligible travel assignments. What You'll Do Install, replace, and test water meters at residential and commercial properties. Change out and program meter registers and endpoints for AMI/AMR upgrades. Reset meter boxes, replace rings and lids, and maintain clean work areas. Record completed work accurately using a handheld device. Follow safety requirements, including PPE, traffic control, and safe digging practices. Travel to assigned project locations and complete daily production targets safely and accurately. What You Need High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Mechanical aptitude and basic plumbing knowledge. Willingness to travel to assigned project sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Water meter installation, plumbing, or utility field experience. AMI/AMR experience with Itron, Sensus, Neptune, or Badger systems. DOT medical card, CDL, or OSHA 10 certification. Why Work With REI? Competitive hourly pay plus production incentives.
