We're currently hiring for Full Time Meter Readers in Punta Gorda, FL!
All of our field staff are provided with:
Safety gear including company boot (allowance), vests, glasses, etc.
Company VehiclePaid Training Offering $20/hour but there is potential to earn more through piece rate!
Benefits include medical and dental insurance, vacation & holiday pay, 401K plan with possibility of overtime paid at time and a half

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for reading water meters and recording volume used by residential and commercial consumers to ensure accurate consumption and billing. May perform visual meter inspection to assess the condition and overall operation of the meter and note any visible defects or issues.Requirements:
Valid drivers licenseMust successfully pass pre-employment screenings: drug test, background check, and driving recordMust be able to walk up to 10-15 miles per day while reading meters accuratelyMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedWorking Conditions and Hours:
Hours are 7am 3:30pm Monday-FridayOutdoor work environmentNormal working hours are daylight hours; limited work hours on weekends except for periodic on-call duty and mass workloadsLittle supervision to give you freedom to work independently and manage your own dayKnowledge and Abilities:
