Job Description

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Mechanical Millwright to keep our wood products manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other critical mill machinery. You will perform precision alignment, rigging, welding, and fabrication while troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Working closely with production and reliability teams, you'll follow strict safety standards, complete preventive maintenance, and support shutdowns and emergency repairs, contributing to our culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
