We are seeking a hardworking, safety-conscious Maintenance / Millwright Helper to join our industrial maintenance team. In this entry-level role, you will work directly alongside skilled Maintenance Technicians to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and dismantle heavy industrial production machinery. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in the mechanical trades. Summary Assist lead technicians with the mechanical disassembly, component replacement, and reassembly of industrial equipment, conveyor systems, and pumps Perform routine machinery lubrication, grease bearings, check oil levels, and change out simple wear parts like belts or chains. Gather necessary hand tools, power tools, and parts for the day's project Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and parts room. Strictly follow all plant safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand or walk for long shifts, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight or elevated industrial spaces. Must be able to pass a pre-employment MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check. The ability to operate a company issued vehicle is a job requirement.
