12:00 AM - 8:30 AM Overtime as needed Position Overview Express Employment Professionals in Yuba City is partnering with a reputable industrial manufacturing company in the Olivehurst area to hire Industrial Maintenance Technicians for second and third shifts. This position focuses on keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, lubrication, and troubleshooting. Daily responsibilities include greasing equipment, changing oil, replacing bearings, repairing pneumatic systems, performing basic welding, and addressing mechanical breakdowns. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and a hands-on approach to maintaining production equipment. While basic electrical knowledge is beneficial, this position primarily focuses on mechanical maintenance rather than advanced electrical work. Compensation & Position Highlights $30.00 per hour Full-time opportunity Second- and third-shift positions available Overtime opportunities based on production needs Established industrial manufacturing environment Variety of mechanical maintenance and equipment repair responsibilities Opportunity to develop additional industrial maintenance skills Industrial Maintenance Technician - Primary Job Duties Perform routine preventative maintenance, including greasing, oil changes, lubrication, and equipment inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving production machinery, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and chain drives. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including cylinders, valves, and related components. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed. Complete basic welding and fabrication repairs on equipment and machinery. Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize production downtime. Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment and mobile machinery as needed. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance work orders. Document completed maintenance activities and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors. Follow OSHA safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized maintenance area. Industrial Maintenance Technician - Requirements Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Experience performing preventative maintenance, greasing, lubrication, and oil changes. Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, and power transmission systems. Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge. Basic welding and fabrication experience. Ability to read mechanical schematics and equipment manuals. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Must have a personal set of basic hand tools. Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs. High school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 50 lbs as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the shift. Comfortable working around industrial machinery and moving equipment. Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and elevated structures, including working at heights. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions. Ability to safely perform physically demanding maintenance duties.

Work Schedule Second Shift:

4:00 PM - 12:00

AM Third Shift:
