Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting Location:

Addison, IL 60101

Shift:

Initial 1st Shift Training (approx. 2 weeks), then 2nd Shift (2PM-11PM)

Pay:

Starting at $22.50/hr+

DOE Overtime:

Available and may be required based on business needs

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to support our manufacturing operations as a Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting team member in Addison, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, performing repairs, and assisting with routine preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting Identify mechanical and operational issues, escalating concerns as needed Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections Ensure equipment is maintained in safe and reliable operating condition Follow detailed maintenance procedures and comply with all safety requirements Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment status and needs

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
