Responsibilities:

Industrial Maintenance:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues in manufacturing equipment. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance equipment longevity. Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

Readiness to Learn a Trade or Craft. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues under pressure. Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and other departments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime or weekend shifts depending on production needs. Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
