Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Helper to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assist skilled tradesmen in installing mechanical systems. Your hands-on support will ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and optimal equipment performance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills in industrial maintenance while contributing to a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assist experienced millwrights and welders with installation, alignment, and assembly of machinery using schematics and technical drawings. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas. Follow safety protocols Assist with the inspection of mechanical components

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
