Crane Service Technician Position Summary We are seeking a Crane Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various crane systems and related equipment within industrial and manufacturing environments. Your expertise will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of cranes and lifting machinery, supporting our commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Essential Functions Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all makes of cranes. Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals and parts manuals Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers Prepare proper documentation of actions taken Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Requirements Must have a basic set of mechanic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, hammers, etc.) Mechanical knowledge or experience with repairs, assembly, etc. Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity Able to lift 50 lbs. Training will be an integral part of this position. Applicants must be willing to learn about new computer, electronic and hydraulic systems, follow safety guidelines as they evolve in our industry. We are seeking a motivated, qualified candidate for the position of Crane Service Technician to join our Service Department.

Pay:

$23.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
