About the Role As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will ensure the peak performance of advanced material handling and robotic systems. By executing proactive repairs and technical optimizations, you will directly contribute to the reliability and operational efficiency of our facility's core infrastructure. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and system longevity. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults in conveyors, motors, and automated distribution hardware. Install and calibrate high-tech packaging machinery to meet rigorous production standards. Perform root-cause analysis on mechanical failures to implement permanent, high-impact solutions. Document all service activities and repairs in digital maintenance logs to ensure accurate system history. Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to LOTO procedures and industrial compliance standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals. Competence in using standard hand tools and diagnostic software. Preferred Skills Technical certification in mechatronics, electrical systems, or industrial maintenance. Experience with advanced conveyor systems and automated material handling technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
