Industrial Maintenance Technician Location:

Baldwyn, MS Pay Rate:

$28.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience

Day Shift or Night Shift Available Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Baldwyn, MS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation, industrial mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. This position requires at least four years of hands-on experience in machine operation and/or industrial mechanical maintenance . Candidates must have practical experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery. General groundskeeping, landscaping, and property maintenance experience will not be considered relevant to this position. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify the root causes of equipment malfunctions. Repair, maintain, and replace mechanical components as needed. Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and repairs to minimize production downtime. Monitor machinery performance and identify potential maintenance concerns. Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical documents, and maintenance instructions. Follow all company safety procedures and proper maintenance practices. Work closely with production personnel to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs. Required Qualifications Minimum of four years of relevant hands-on experience in machine operation and/or industrial mechanical maintenance. Demonstrated experience working with manufacturing machinery, production equipment, or industrial systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify mechanical problems and perform equipment repairs. Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work either day or night shift, depending on operational needs. Experience That Will Not Qualify The following experience will not be accepted as a substitute for industrial maintenance experience: Landscaping or groundskeeping. Lawn care or outdoor property upkeep. General residential or commercial property maintenance without relevant industrial machinery experience. General labor experience without demonstrated machine operation or mechanical maintenance responsibilities.

Compensation and Schedule Pay:

$28.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
