ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must be proficient in installing, maintaining, repairing, dismantling and moving many types of machinery and equipment in industrial settings according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings. Able to identify various types of machinery and understand their working operations. Able to problem solve and adjust as needed. Ability to work with others to achieve job goals. Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions as required by client and/or facility policy.
PREFERED CERTIFICATIONS INCLUDE OSHA
10 or 30 for General Industry and Construction Rigging Certification Crane Certification CDL-A Alignment Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand or walk for long periods of time. Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects. Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally lifting items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance. Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Acceptable eyesight - naturally or with correction. Eye-hand coordination. Good physical fitness. Good sense of balance. Work at great heights is required. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively. Operate and maintain precision measuring instruments and tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards and crane operation protocols. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and provide technical support as needed. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
