Molding Maintenance I- 2nd shift

Job Description

Job Summary:
Molding Maintenance supports Molding Operations by maintaining molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
Troubleshoot and repair all injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment. Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations. Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. Safely performs task to ensure safety of all employees. Performs preventative maintenance on machines and document as called out in the procedures. Assists in training of Molding Maintenance II worker(s). Install and set-up equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics, or HVAC 2
  • 3 years' Molding Maintenance experience.
Preferred Qualification:
Certificate of training in hydraulics, electrical, and electronics
