About the Role As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will serve as a vital guardian of our operational uptime by ensuring all production systems run at peak performance. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose complex issues and implement proactive solutions that drive facility efficiency. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive repairs and routine maintenance on diverse industrial assets, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. Minimize production bottlenecks by rapidly diagnosing and resolving equipment failures. Implement rigorous preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of critical machinery. Document all service activities and repairs to maintain precise asset history records. Support the seamless integration and commissioning of new production technology. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine equipment reliability and optimize operational workflows. Uphold the highest standards of site safety and regulatory compliance in every task. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is highly valued. Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Proficiency in interpreting complex technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Adept at utilizing diagnostic tools, power equipment, and precision hand tools. Preferred Skills Professional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical trades. Hands-on experience with PLCs and advanced industrial automation systems. Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
