Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in our production floor by operating advanced equipment to transform raw materials into high-quality components. You will leverage your technical expertise to maintain complex systems, ensuring our manufacturing processes remain efficient and precise. Responsibilities Execute complex machine setups for Brake, Laser, and Press equipment to meet production schedules. Drive operational excellence by performing drilling, tapping, and sanding tasks with high precision. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to monitor production runs and ensure consistent output quality. Proactively identify and report defective materials or equipment irregularities to leadership. Optimize machine performance by conducting routine testing and minor repairs on critical components. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, specifically tape measures. Strong foundational skills in basic mathematics and computer operation. Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow safety protocols. Preferred Skills Previous experience with press brake and punch press operations. Demonstrated ability to perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
