Sign Master:

Production & Installer! As an Installer, you'll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You'll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary. In fact, part of the week you will be moving, lifting and building signs for a wide variety of sign installations. This can also include channel letters, large wall graphics, window graphics, ADA signage, etc. In the production role, you will be responsible for preparing computer generated vinyl and/or full color graphics output that you will then weed, cut, and/or apply or mount to a substrate. You will have great responsibility of ensuring the final outcome of the customers order. Learn how to install signs on arial lifts, from bucket truck to scissor lift.

PTO RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate flatbed and/or wide format printer and laminator Install vehicle, wall & window graphics, dimensional letters, banners and various other signage individually or as a team. Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending jobs to the roll to roll and or flatbed printer. Works on different projects simultaneously Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes Heads up the production & installation department All TEAM members are responsible for custodial duties. Help keep shop clean and orderly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sign or print industry experience required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders/lift equipment to install signs Operate hand tools: panel & hand saws, various power tools, cutting tools Perform work in a fast, safe & professional manner individually and as a team. Very strong communication and interpersonal skills Military experience a plus Experience in the following equipment is a plus: UV & Latex Roll to Roll printers, Flatbed printers, Laser and Rotary Engravers.
