Job Summary Performs routine and complex repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Collaborates with team members across essential functions and skill areas to minimize downtime, maintain equipment performance, and support the continuous improvement of departmental processes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Actively support and maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations and identifying opportunities to improve workplace safety. Complete assigned preventive maintenance (PM) inspections according to established weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual schedules to ensure production, distribution, and facility equipment operates safely and efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance activities including, but not limited to, tightening, adjusting, aligning, lubricating, inspecting, and replacing components as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of production equipment, facility systems, and manufacturing processes to effectively troubleshoot and support operations. Perform routine and complex equipment repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve process efficiency, incorporate new technology, simplify processes, eliminate barriers, and reduce non-value-added activities. Accurately maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities performed. Identify required components, parts, and replacement items and effectively communicate purchasing or inventory needs to the appropriate team members. Collaborate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, and other team members to support production needs and departmental goals. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect through a positive and supportive approach when working with others. Education and Experience Profile High school diploma or GED required. Two years of college or technical school education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience, preferred. Required Skills Must be reliable and work with minimal supervision. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of machine control (PLC's, Sensors, IO's). Strong knowledge and experience with Welding, Fabrication & Machine Shop Equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs with occasional overtime. Good verbal and written skills, computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills and follow-up skills. Ability to read and understand machine blueprints and electrical schematics. Strong ability to trouble shoot equipment malfunctions.
