Job Description

Journey-Level Millwrights Location:
Chantilly, Virginia Pay:
Up to $37/hour (DOE)
Per Diem:
$160/day, paid 7 days a week
Schedule:
6 days a week, about 60 hours
Duration:
Temporary project work through late November 2026 About the Role KODIAK is hiring Journey Level Millwrights for millwright and rigging work across multiple data center sites in Virginia. You'll report to a central shop each day and ride to the jobsite in a company vehicle, with all sites located within about 10 miles of the shop. This is steady, overtime-heavy work for proven construction pros who want strong pay and a full per diem. What You'll Do Perform millwright and rigging work on active data center projects Install, align, and set equipment and machinery to spec Rig, lift, and move equipment safely with the crew Report to the shop daily and travel to assigned sites, which may change by day or week Follow all site safety rules and procedures What You'll Get Up to $37/hour (DOE) Overtime up to $55.50/hour and double time up to $74/hour $160/day per diem, paid 7 days a week About 60 hours a week across 6 days Paid travel time between the shop and job sites Transportation to sites in a company vehicle What You Need Journey-level millwright experience Rigging experience OSHA 10 certification Ability to work 6 days and about 60 hours a week Reliable daily transportation to the shop Flexibility to work at different sites as assignments change
