ProAmpac is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech to keep our advanced flexible packaging equipment running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting high-speed manufacturing lines. You'll respond to equipment downtime, perform root-cause analysis, and document work in a CMMS. Partner closely with production teams to improve reliability, support continuous improvement, and uphold ProAmpac's strong safety, quality, and sustainability culture in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime Support and improve reliability of high-speed production lines Document maintenance activities in a CMMS system Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with production and engineering teams on process improvements Follow and promote safety procedures, including LOTO and OSHA standards Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment and systems Required Skills Preventive maintenance Industrial electrical systems PLC troubleshooting Mechanical repair Hydraulics and pneumatics Reading schematics and blueprints Welding and fabrication CMMS software Root cause analysis Safety and LOTO procedures
