Standard Work Hours:
Weekend Nights Friday•Sunday 4pm•4am
Compensation:
Hourly Rate:
$31.37•$34.98, commensurate with experience and qualifications This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications Service and troubleshoot various equipment including motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records
Qualifications Qualifications What You Need To Succeed:
Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years' work experience required. Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS Our jobs require: Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check Benefits as an Alliance employee include: Retention Bonus Stable and growing work environment!
