PM Must Have:

5+ years of maintenance/mechanical work experience. Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machinery . Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and manage work orders. Ability to perform welding in support of maintenance and repair activities. Nice to

Have:

Two-year Associate degree.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment We operate with the highest level of integrity .
