Assembly Manager Pre-Requisites:
  • 3-5 years of experience in producing RF coaxial cable assemblies (required).
  • IPC-620, J-Std-001 certifications a big plus.
  • Experience with soldering, Schleuniger strip equipment & RF VNA testing.
  • Experience with quality measurement tools; drop indicator, caliper, micrometer, etc.
DIMENSIONS
  • A successful candidate is a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and quality standards is critical to job/team success
  • Receives direct work direction from Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • RF / Coax cable assembly - hand solder, stripping, crimping, heat shrink, etc.
  • Work alongside other cable assemblers in all work cells to meet production needs, wire stripping, tin dipping, soldering, crimping & labelling, testing, etc.
  • Utilize assembly tools / fixtures such as arbor presses and captivation equipment.
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic drawings, diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures.
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility.
  • Required to be able to read documents and computer screens.
  • Occasional exposure to shipping and receiving elements such as dust, and noise.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
