Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Fireplace Service Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of fireplace systems, including gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplaces as well as gas log sets. Responsibilities Find and fix problems with fireplaces using manuals, diagrams, and testing tools. Repair gas lines, electrical parts, ignition systems, vents, and other fireplace components. Perform regular maintenance and safety checks to make sure fireplaces work properly and safely. Install new fireplaces and related equipment in homes and businesses according to manufacturer instructions and safety rules. Explain repairs, maintenance, and safety tips to customers in a clear and friendly way. Safely drive company vehicles and transport tools, parts, and equipment to job sites. REQUIRED.

Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair or mechanical systems repair. Ability to read diagrams related to fireplace systems and mechanical equipment. Construction experience or familiarity with building codes related to appliance installation is a plus. Strong mechanical and technical skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine the root cause of an issue. Comfortable using hand tools and basic testing equipment. Ability to read and understand basic technical information and manufacturer instructions. Must be comfortable working with gas-fired equipment and understanding the importance of safety. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
