In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and service a wide range of refrigeration units, HVAC systems, electrical components, and building automation systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients' environments remain efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards. We are looking for motivated professionals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings With a minimum of three years experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical components using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Install new HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) equipment including ductwork, piping, electrical wiring, and control systems in accordance with design specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC systems, boilers, air conditioning units, building automation systems, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot complex equipment issues through electrical diagnostics and mechanical system analysis; identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical diagrams, and HVAC design documents to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system performance reports for accountability and future reference. Communicate clearly with clients to explain repair procedures, maintenance recommendations, and safety protocols while providing exceptional customer service. Experience Proven experience as a service technician specializing in commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R systems. Construction experience or background working with mechanical systems installation is highly desirable. Familiarity with schematics interpretation and HVAC design principles to support troubleshooting and system upgrades. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters; strong mechanical knowledge related to refrigeration cycles and equipment troubleshooting. Knowledge of plumbing systems related to refrigeration setups; ability to repair or replace piping as needed. Experience installing HVAC system components including ductwork, electrical wiring, controls, and building automation systems. Valid EPA certification for refrigerants; additional certifications in HVAC or electrical fields are a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; comfortable working with mechanical systems repair in diverse environments.
