This position will assist our experienced technicians with service, maintenance, and job preparation while also helping keep our warehouse and equipment organized. This is an Entry Level Position Job Responsibilities Assist Senior HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians with service calls, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Help inspect, clean, and maintain equipment as directed by Senior Technicians. Gather and prepare parts, tools, materials, and supplies needed for scheduled jobs. Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Maintain organization and cleanliness of company vehicle, tools, and equipment. Perform general warehouse maintenance duties , including organizing inventory, receiving and stocking parts, cleaning, and maintaining a safe work environment. Assist with keeping accurate inventory of commonly used parts and supplies. Follow all company safety procedures and instructions from Senior Technicians and management. Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers. Be willing to learn and develop skills in the HVAC and commercial refrigeration industry. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Previous HVAC or refrigeration experience is required . Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Ability to work in hot, cold, and physically demanding environments. Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials. Clean driving record. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently when assigned tasks and follow directions from Senior Technicians.
