Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and Repair :
Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in a range of vehicles, performing repairs with precision and efficiency to meet Thompsons' standards of quality and integrity.
Preventative Maintenance :
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid top-offs, always with a focus on the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Customer-Focused Service :
Communicate openly and effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair details and cost estimates, demonstrating a servant's attitude and ensuring the customer's needs are prioritized.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other technicians and team members, supporting one another and embodying the teamwork value to achieve our common goal of exceptional customer service.
Continuous Learning :
Stay current on manufacturer guidelines, technical service bulletins, and the latest diagnostic tools, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement .
Safety and Compliance :

Qualifications:
Experience :
Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably within a dealership environment.
Certifications :
ASE Certification or manufacturer-specific certifications are highly desirable.
Skills :
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, performing mechanical repairs, and completing electronic and safety inspections. Attention to
