Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Electronics Repair Technician to join our growing team. Soldering experience is highly preferred (micro-soldering, board-level repairs), though we can provide advanced training for the right candidate. This is your chance to work alongside a nationally recognized team and sharpen your skills. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers Perform board-level and micro-soldering repairs (preferred) Replace components (screens, batteries, charging ports, logic boards) Maintain accuracy and speed to meet high performance standards Provide excellent customer service and clear communication Contribute to a nationally recognized, elite repair team Requirements Electronics repair experience (phones, computers, laptops, etc.) Soldering skills strongly preferred; willingness to train advanced soldering Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment

Compensation & Growth Pay:
