Our systems deliver purified, sparkling, chilled, and near-boiling water — and a range of customizable beverages — on demand from a single connected machine. Founded in Los Angeles in 2014, we're a growing team scaling fast, and we're building out the service team that keeps our appliances running in the field. The Role We're hiring a Service Technician to service, repair, and prep our beverage dispensing appliances as we grow our National Service Center. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable working with tools, diagnosing electrical and plumbing issues, moving product around a warehouse, and getting units ready to ship. You'll work alongside our technicians, engineers, and warehouse team, and you'll play a direct part in making sure every unit that leaves our facility — or gets serviced in the field — works exactly as it should. What You'll Do Service & Repair Diagnose, service, and repair beverage dispensing units, including their electrical and plumbing systems Troubleshoot appliances both in-house and in the field, and get them back to full working order Perform routine maintenance, testing, and quality checks on units before and after service Prep, Pack & Fulfillment Prep, stage, and pack units so they're ready to ship when clients need them Handle inbound and outbound product, keeping the service area organized and inventory accounted for Warehouse & Equipment Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload units and materials Keep tools, parts, and the work area clean, stocked, and in good order Support Coordinate with engineers and senior technicians to resolve tricky issues and prevent them from recurring Assist clients and partners with troubleshooting when needed, professionally and patiently What We're Looking For Required Forklift certification (must be current) High school diploma or GED Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented — you take pride in doing the job right A get-it-done work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever the team needs help Preferred / Welcomed Electrical experience (wiring, components, diagnostics) Plumbing experience (water lines, fittings, leak troubleshooting) Prior experience servicing appliances, HVAC, or similar equipment Kitchen or beverage appliance industry experience Warehouse or fulfillment experience Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook To confirm you've read this description, please visit our website at drinkstation.com and mention one piece of information about our company that stood out to you.
