21-30hr Seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service commercial water dispensing and filtration systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or equipment systems and be comfortable working at customer locations. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, using tools, and working independently while providing professional customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serviced equipment. Connect equipment to existing water lines and electrical connections. Perform equipment testing after installation to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment-related issues. Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on dispensing systems. Replace filters, tubing, fittings, valves, and other components as needed. Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, damage, or improper operation. Diagnose problems and determine the appropriate repair or replacement. Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other equipment to complete service work. Follow installation instructions, technical procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, parts used, and service performed. Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment operation and service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work independently in the field while communicating with the service and operations teams. Qualifications Previous experience in field service, maintenance, mechanical repair, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, or equipment installation preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams. Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical connections preferred. Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
