Help plan, schedule, and coordinate repair activity to keep work moving efficiently. Take ownership of repair quality, timeliness, organization, and profitability. Can follow established processes while also using good judgment to solve problems. Is comfortable communicating with customers and fellow team members. Has experience using Excel, spreadsheets, inventory tracking, or other organizational systems to maintain accurate records and keep work organized. Is comfortable driving a truck or larger vehicle, when needed, for occasional deliveries, events, pickups, or other business-related needs.
