  • Ski/Snowboard Repair Technician Hancock, MA Apply Position Summary We\'re looking for Repair Technicians to join our team and help guests keep their ski and snowboard equipment in top condition!
As a technician, you\'ll provide professional, efficient repair services and ensure every guest is ready for the slopes with confidence. We have full-time and part-time seasonal positions available, with both day and evening shifts. These are hourly roles in a fun, fast-paced resort environment. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop strong knowledge of indemnified ski and snowboard equipment.
  • Safely and accurately mount, adjust, and test ski and snowboard bindings.
  • Complete all required repair paperwork with accuracy.
  • Tune skis and snowboards to manufacturer specifications.
  • Use Binding Manufacturer Tech Manuals correctly and follow all guidelines.
  • Test, repair, and maintain rental shop equipment per maintenance standards.
  • Learn the safe use of all tuning and testing equipment.
  • Process payments for repair services accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Reconcile daily transactions with precision.
  • Provide guests with guidance on proper equipment use when applicable.
  • Learn about resort services to better assist guests.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe repair shop (including sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong guest service and customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
  • Professional and neat in appearance.
  • Safety-conscious with great attention to detail.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.
