Inside Track Garage Doors is building a professional residential service company in North Mississippi. We are looking for someone who wants to become genuinely good at a skilled trade — not just find the next job. What you will actually do You will learn to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential garage-door systems. Over time, you will run your own service calls in a professionally equipped vehicle and work directly with homeowners.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems instead of guessing at parts.
• Repair springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hardware, operators, controls, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete installations as your competency grows.
• Explain what you found to homeowners clearly and professionally.
• Use our service software, documentation process, tools, and truck-inventory system.

You might come from… HVAC, electrical, welding, automotive, industrial maintenance, equipment repair, construction, manufacturing, a technical program — or somewhere completely different. Garage-door experience is welcome, but it is not required. How we train Inside Track is building a structured Technician Academy with technical instruction, hands-on practice, supervised field experience, and competency checks. You are not expected to know the trade on day one. You are expected to learn it. Starting pay is $25/hour during training. As you demonstrate the skills and judgment required to run residential service calls independently, there is a defined path toward $30/hour as a qualified Inside Track Service Technician. Advancement is based on demonstrated competency — not simply time on the payroll. How we work We believe in strong systems and continuous improvement. We will teach you our process and expect you to follow it. If you see something that can be better, speak up. Bring the problem and your idea. We will evaluate it and improve the system when the evidence supports a better way. Good attitudes are required. Basic requirements

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our Nesbit, Mississippi location.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential service work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfort working with tools, ladders, and residential garage-door equipment.
• Comfort speaking directly with customers in their homes.
• Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening.
