What we are looking for is harder to teach: curiosity, reliability, mechanical aptitude, pride in your work, and the ability to talk comfortably with people. Inside Track Garage Doors is building a professional residential service company in North Mississippi. We are looking for someone who wants to become genuinely good at a skilled trade — not just find the next job. What you will actually do You will learn to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential garage-door systems. Over time, you will run your own service calls in a professionally equipped vehicle and work directly with homeowners.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems instead of guessing at parts.
- Repair springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hardware, operators, controls, and related components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete installations as your competency grows.
- Explain what you found to homeowners clearly and professionally.
- Use our service software, documentation process, tools, and truck-inventory system.
- Leave the customer's home and garage better than you found it. The person we want You may be a strong fit if you are the person who:

- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation to our Nesbit, Mississippi location.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential service work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfort working with tools, ladders, and residential garage-door equipment.
- Comfort speaking directly with customers in their homes.
- Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening.
