As a Shop Mechanic, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing agricultural equipment, using your skills to support the operational efficiency and technological advancement of our machinery offerings. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various agricultural machinery and equipment, particularly John Deere models. Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on equipment for optimal performance. Collaborate with the parts department to secure necessary components. Document service and repair processes and maintain up-to-date service records. Adhere to workplace safety policies and practices. Assist in training junior mechanics and support staff. Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience with hydraulic, engine, and transmission repairs. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Proficient in using tools and diagnostic equipment for machinery repair.
