$24-$27/hour based on experience We are seeking an experienced Home Remodeling Service Technician to perform residential service, repair, and troubleshooting work throughout Long Island. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong experience in windows, doors, siding, roofing, and general residential remodeling/repair . Responsibilities Diagnose and repair windows, entry doors, storm doors, and patio/sliding doors Adjust or replace window and door hardware and components Perform siding and minor roofing repairs Handle exterior trim, aluminum capping, flashing, caulking, and weatherproofing Identify the cause of leaks, operational issues, and installation problems Determine parts/materials required for repairs Take measurements, photos, and service notes Communicate professionally with homeowners and the service team Maintain a clean work area Requirements Previous hands-on residential construction, remodeling, installation, or repair experience Strong window and door experience preferred Multi-trade exterior home improvement experience strongly preferred Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using hand/power tools and ladders Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ideal candidates: Window/Door Installers, Service Technicians, Remodeling Technicians, Carpenters, Siding/Roofing Technicians, Handymen, and experienced residential repair professionals. Pay:
