We are a progressive local company that genuinely values its team members and the communities we serve. If this sounds like a good fit for you, keep reading! Company Overview Many companies and contractors can replace an old window or door with a new one, but most are not committed to a craft, to a trade, where skills are brought to bear with pride and care to truly make a difference. For us, this starts when a customer contacts us for assistance and it continues through our entire journey of interacting with these members of our communities. One reason we take so much pride in what we do, is the sense of satisfaction it gives and the accomplishment our team feels when they drive through our communities and recognize the work we've done - thinking "I did that; I made a difference; that is something I am proud to put my name on." Because we serve our communities with a compliment of employee installers and service technicians, our team controls the quality and will be here after the project is complete. We don't just "do a job" - we are weaving ourselves into the fabric of our communities for the long-term. A home isn't just a house, it is a sanctuary, a place to raise a family, a place to gather and celebrate, a way to be a fiber in the grain of a community. We strive to deliver peace of mind and long-lasting comfort with our value-rich home improvement solutions. We invest in building lasting relationships with homeowners that go far beyond the transactional approach many companies take to home improvement. We strive to serve the community today, tomorrow, and for generations to come. Building lasting bonds with the community and its families and businesses are key to our long-term vision of success. We are eager to grow and build our team, so that we can expand our business reach, improve the breadth and quality of our offerings, and ultimately provide a consistently exceptional customer experience. The team we are building will be comprised of people who care about themselves, their families, and the lasting impact they can have in the communities we serve - today and for years to come. This will be brought to bear through a dedication to the craft and skills they will develop as they strive to achieve their career ambitions. Why Join Our Team?
