FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Install Service Repair Seeking Entry-level & Experience /with Advancement Opportunities
  • Apply Today Work Tomorrow
  • Establishes communications systems by install, service, repair, operating,(cable, fiber optic, business phones, security systems etc.
and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment, working with Certified Professionals.
Duties:
SALES
  • SERVICE
  • REPAIR
  • Establishes networks by running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables; installing telecommunications equipment, routers, switches,etc, business phone systems,Security Systems and more; establishing connections; programming features and integrations; following industry standards; activating remote access tools; coordinating with Valley coordinator, contractors, business owners.
  • Verifies Service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
  • Documents by labeling and routing equipment and cables; recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
  • Maintains by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing backup procedures; updating documentation.
  • Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.
  • Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; certifications, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
