$22.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Job Description ASI Appliance Inc. is seeking a dependable Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical experience, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and other household appliances. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues. Replace defective parts and test appliances after repairs. Perform in-home service calls and explain repair work to customers. Maintain accurate service records and job documentation. Follow safety procedures and company service standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and service parts. Requirements Previous appliance repair or field service experience preferred. Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
