  • 28hr DOE (10% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd)
Shifts:

2nd and 3rd shift available

Must Haves:
  • Hands-on PCBA repair & advanced soldering experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot board-level test failures
    About the Position
    Seeking experienced Electronics Repair & Rework Technicians to troubleshoot PCBA-level failures, perform precision rework including SMTBGA, and support test operations in a high-technology manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for technicians who are confident working under IPC standards and using diagnostic tools to ensure product reliability. Primary Responsibilities

Troubleshoot PCBA defects and test failures, performing root-cause isolation

Perform precision soldering andponent replacement (Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, BGA)

Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray, rework stations, solder pots, and microscopes

Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test documentation to support accurate repairs

Execute functional tests and validate repair success prior to release

Maintain work quality to IPC-A-610 andor

IPC-771121

standards

Support peer technicians by reinforcing correct repair techniques and test practices

Contribute to continuous improvement for yield and process stability

Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on PCBA repair, testing, or rework experience

Proficient in hand soldering including fine-pitch SMT and leadlessponents

Familiarity with BGA reballreplacement techniques and rework equipment

Ability to operate oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and basic diagnostic tools

Ability to read schematics and understandponent functions

Strong electronic troubleshooting and defect analysis capability

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour
