What We're Looking For Knowledge and skills usually acquired through an associate degree in telecommunications or related field or applicable training. 5+ years related experience. Computer literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and our industry's billing. Knowledge of testing, switching, and electronic equipment, and all types of cable. Familiarity with cable records, staking sheets, specifications, and circuit diagrams. Understanding of digital technology and preventive maintenance procedures.
