U.S. Waterproofing | Schaumburg, IL | Full-Time U.S. Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is looking for a licensed Radon Mitigation Professional to join our growing team. Our radon mitigation services are already up and running, and we're looking to add another licensed professional as we continue to grow. We're looking for someone who is experienced in radon mitigation, enjoys working in the field, and is open to contributing in other areas of our waterproofing and foundation repair business. The exact scope of the role can be a discussion based on your experience, interests, and the needs of the business. What You'll Do Radon Mitigation Evaluate homes and design residential radon mitigation systems Perform and oversee radon mitigation installations Conduct diagnostic testing and determine appropriate mitigation solutions Troubleshoot and service existing radon systems Ensure work meets Illinois requirements and applicable mitigation standards Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with homeowners Beyond Radon We're looking for someone who is willing to contribute elsewhere in the field. Depending on your background and interests, that could include: Pre-installation walkthroughs for waterproofing or structural projects Field surveys and scope verification Waterproofing or foundation repair installations Troubleshooting challenging jobs or installation issues Supporting and training other field team members Other field-based projects and initiatives We're flexible on what this portion of the role looks like and would like to find the right fit for both the individual and our team.
What We're Looking For Required:
Active Illinois Radon Mitigation Professional license Residential radon mitigation experience Knowledge of radon system design, installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and contribute outside of radon mitigation Strong communication and customer-service skills
Preferred:
Experience in residential construction or home services Waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trade experience Experience evaluating job sites and determining installation requirements Experience training or supporting other field technicians Why U.S. Waterproofing? Pay Range:
$65,000-$85,000 per year dependent on experience
