Service Position Overview Golf Car Superstore is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Mobile Golf Cart Technician to join our Scottsdale service team. This position is responsible for traveling to customers' homes, businesses, communities, and other locations to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain golf carts and low-speed electric vehicles. The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, comfortable working independently in the field, and takes pride in providing professional, courteous customer service. Our goal is to provide an upscale dealership experience from the showroom to the customer's driveway , and our mobile technicians are an important part of that experience. Key Responsibilities Perform mobile diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on golf carts and low-speed electric vehicles. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and charging-system issues. Troubleshoot batteries, chargers, wiring, controllers, solenoids, motors, brakes, suspension, steering, and other components. Perform routine maintenance and inspections. Install batteries, tires, wheels, lighting, accessories, and other golf cart equipment. Perform lithium battery conversions and electrical upgrades when properly trained. Complete service calls efficiently and professionally while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Communicate clearly with customers regarding the condition of their vehicle and recommended repairs. Provide customers with accurate information regarding repairs, parts, and service needs. Properly document work performed, parts used, and additional repairs recommended. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked mobile service vehicle. Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling to customer locations. Follow all company procedures for vehicle safety, customer property, tools, equipment, and inventory. Assist with pickup and delivery of golf carts when needed. Work closely with the Scottsdale service department and office staff to keep customers informed and appointments on schedule. Represent Golf Car Superstore in a professional and courteous manner at every customer interaction.

Qualifications Required:

Previous mechanical or golf cart repair experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Ability to safely lift, move, and work around golf carts, batteries, tires, and equipment. Must be dependable and punctual.

Preferred:

Experience working on Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Denago, Advanced EV, ICON, or similar golf carts. Experience with lithium battery systems. Experience with 48V/51V/72V electrical systems. Automotive, powersports, marine, RV, or similar mechanical experience. Experience with mobile or field service. Basic computer/tablet and service documentation skills. Customer Service Expectations The Mobile Golf Cart Technician is often the face of Golf Car Superstore at the customer's home .

Keep the customer's property clean and free of unnecessary mess. Never perform work that has not been authorized. Identify additional problems and communicate them to the customer and service department. Provide a high level of service consistent with a premium dealership experience. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in various positions for extended periods. Ability to lift and move parts and equipment. Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions. Ability to safely handle golf cart batteries and other heavy components. Ability to work in residential driveways, garages, commercial properties, and other field-service environments.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
