We're looking for someone who has an "I'll make it happen" attitude, takes pride in their work, stays productive, and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already has hands-on motorcycle experience and can come into the shop with a solid mechanical foundation. What we're looking for: Previous motorcycle mechanic/technician experience Harley-Davidson experience strongly preferred Comfortable with maintenance, service and diagnostics Experience with wheels/tires, handlebars, suspension, brakes and bolt-on accessories Electrical/audio experience is a plus Comfortable working on custom motorcycles and builds Own basic tools Reliable and punctual Clean, organized work habits Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and problem-solve Motivated to stay productive and keep jobs moving Positive attitude with a "figure it out and make it happen" mentality At Por Vida, we care about quality, efficiency and taking pride in what leaves the shop.
