Now Hiring:
Retread Tire Technician Looking for a hands-on career where your work makes a difference Join the team as a Retread Tire Technician and help extend the life of commercial tires through a specialized retreading process. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. Duties & Responsibilities As a Retread Tire Technician, you will: Inspect tires and grade tire casings for retread eligibility Buff tires and prepare rubber surfaces for retreading Operate specialized retreading equipment Retread used and new tires according to company standards Perform quality checks throughout the retreading process Maintain a safe and organized work area Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds Ability to frequently bend, twist, stoop, reach, kneel, walk, and stand Comfortable working in a hot environment while tires are in retread chambers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Previous manufacturing or tire industry experience is helpful but not required - WILL TRAIN!
