Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a experienced Tire Technician to join our team. We are on our 79th year of operation and seek to increase our impact on the community. As a tire tech you will be responsible for providing professional tire service to our customers. We offer PTO, Health insurance, Dental Coverage, 401k match, and we only work 5 days a week. You are able to spend your holidays at home as we have all major holidays off and paid. This is a fast paced job that is labor intensive. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities:

Conduct tire inspections to identify and address any issues or potential problems
Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed
Install new tires
Use power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair tires
Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair issues with vehicle suspension and steering systems
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with customers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Keep up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices
Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity

Experience:

Previous experience as a tire technician or in an automotive related field is required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is necessary Excellent customer service skills are required
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment is essential
A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments is necessary
