Overview:

We are seeking a experienced Tire Technician to join our team. We are on our 79th year of operation and seek to increase our impact on the community. As a tire tech you will be responsible for providing professional tire service to our customers. We offer PTO, Health insurance, Dental Coverage, 401k match, and we only work 5 days a week. You are able to spend your holidays at home as we have all major holidays off and paid. This is a fast paced job that is labor intensive. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tire inspections to identify and address any issues or potential problems
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed
• Install new tires
• Use power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair tires
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair issues with vehicle suspension and steering systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Keep up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity

Experience:

• Previous experience as a tire technician or in an automotive related field is required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is necessary Excellent customer service skills are required
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment is essential
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments is necessary
