Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros has been family-owned and operated for over 30 years, providing 5-star customer service. This position focuses exclusively on tire-related services—no mechanical work required. Must have experience with a wide range of tire types and sizes — from low-profile performance tires to oversized off-road/mud tires. We're looking for someone who can hold their own in the shop, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger and light-duty vehicles
Inspect tire condition and tread depth; check for leaks or damage
Mount and dismount tires using proper tools and techniques
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an auto shop/mechanic setting strongly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
Basic knowledge of tire tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented What We offer:
