Our company is looking for an experienced Tire Technician for our Mohican location. Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros has been family-owned and operated for over 30 years, providing 5-star customer service. This position focuses exclusively on tire-related services—no mechanical work required. Must have experience with a wide range of tire types and sizes — from low-profile performance tires to oversized off-road/mud tires. We're looking for someone who can hold their own in the shop, and work independently.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger and light-duty vehicles
• Inspect tire condition and tread depth; check for leaks or damage
• Mount and dismount tires using proper tools and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an auto shop/mechanic setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of tire tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
