Job Description

Job Overview Vermont Wholesale Tire is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Tire Studders for the busy winter season. This is a seasonal position from September to January, where you'll have the opportunity to earn competitive pay supplemented by your tire-studding output. When not studding tires, you will assist with unloading trucks and pulling tires, compensated at a rate of $17 per hour.

Duties Key Responsibilities:

Install tire studs in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals. Assist with unloading tire shipments and organizing inventory when not studding tires. Pull tires from inventory as needed to fulfill orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and handle studding equipment appropriately (training provided). Earn between $16 - $40 per hour based on the number of tires studded. Additional tasks compensated at $17 per hour. Hands-on training for studding equipment—no prior experience required. Friendly and supportive work environment. Experience Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move tires regularly as part of the job. Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
